   The Economic Development Program for the City of Loup City, Nebraska as set forth in Ordinance 614 is hereby incorporated by reference as though printed in full herein. Copies of the Economic Development Program shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
