(A) All street name signs, whether new or replacements, erected or posted after the effective date of this subchapter, shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. No person may erect or post any street name sign in the right-of-way without a permit from the Department of Public Works.
(B) For new development, all street name signs shall be installed where approved by the Department of Public Works, prior to the issuance of any building permit for a building with an address on that street.
