The Board of Directors is directed to submit a report to the Mayor and the Council after the end of each year of the District's operation, detailing how it has addressed the directives and principles enumerated in §§ 168.20 through 168.22. Such report shall be separate from and in addition to any other report required by the above referenced provisions establishing the District.
