There shall be no through automotive vehicular traffic on the strip of ground lying along the western side of the paved portion of Southern Parkway from Oakdale to Iroquois Park and known as the Bridle Path. All automotive vehicular traffic on the Bridle Path shall enter and exit at the nearest intersecting street.
