(A) No operator of any motorcycle, powered bicycle, or powered micro-mobility vehicle shall carry another person except on a seat attached thereto or in a side car attached to the vehicle.
(B) No operator of a motorcycle or powered bicycle shall operate such vehicle in any public park, except on a roadway or in a parking area or area designated therein for said use.
(C) No operator of a motorcycle, powered bicycle, or powered micro-mobility vehicle shall operate such vehicle in any public playground, except to access said facilities.
(D) All dockless powered micro- mobility vehicles must adhere to the regulations and standards in Louisville Metro’s Dockless Vehicle Policy.
