§ 131.17 APPEALS.

   (A)   Any appeal of civil penalties shall be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the Board, as provided in §§ 32.275 et seq., or as such sections may be amended.

   (B)   Appeals of civil penalties issued pursuant to § 131.12(C), in which the impoundment of a motor vehicle has not taken place, shall be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the Board, as provided in §§ 32.275 et seq., or as such sections may be amended.

   (C)   Appeals of criminal citations may be made to a court of competent jurisdiction.
