§ 73.31 STOPPING TO DISCHARGE PASSENGERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor bus to receive or discharge passengers at any other place than at a designated TARC stop, except in case of a public emergency.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any bus to receive or discharge passengers in a TARC stop without having stopped the bus with its two right wheels within 12 inches of, and parallel with the curb, provided the TARC stop is free of parked vehicles or other obstructions.
   (C)   The Department of Public Works shall erect and maintain proper signs and the markings within a TARC stop which control the parking of other vehicles therein, where deemed necessary by the Director of Public Works.
