(A) Any person, entity, or business aggrieved by the denial, suspension, or revocation of a license or permit shall have the right to appeal to the Director of the Department of Codes and Regulations within seven business days of receipt of said notice of denial, suspension or revocation. The notice of appeal must be written with basis for said appeal and hand delivered to the Director or sent certified mail, return receipt requested. Unless a timely notice of appeal is received, the decision of the Director of the Department of Codes and Regulations shall be final.
(B) Upon receipt of an appeal, the Department of Codes and Regulations shall schedule a time and date within 130 calendar days, with agreement from the appellant, for the appeal to be heard before the Code Enforcement Board. The Code Enforcement Board shall hold a hearing in accordance with §§ 32.275 et seq.
