(A) The Board shall adopt bylaws and other rules as it deems necessary for its organization and proceedings consistent with the laws, ordinances and resolutions of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government.
(B) The Board may create standing and temporary committees for such purposes and needs as may arise in the performance of the Board's duties.
(C) Staff assistance to the Board shall be provided by the Louisville Metro Parks Department.
(D) The Board shall elect a Chair from its members. The Chair shall be elected annually.
(E) The Board shall provide a written report of its functions and operations with the Mayor and the Metro Council no later than July 30th of each year.
(F) The Board is subject to the Kentucky Open Meetings and Open Records laws.
