All police, fire, Department of Codes and Regulations officers and Alcohol Beverage Control officers, shall have free access to public entertainment gatherings when an event is being conducted, for the purpose of inspection and to enforce compliance with the provisions of this subchapter and other applicable city, county and state health, zoning, building, fire and safety ordinances and laws.
