§ 115.561 EMERGENCY CLOSURE FOR UNLICENSED PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT GATHERINGS.
   In the course of any operation of an unlicensed public entertainment gathering, the ABC Administrator may in the interest of public health and safety direct the local law enforcement to close the violating premises by securing the premises after dispersing the patrons.
