§ 53.13 TEMPORARY POLES AND WIRES.
   The Department is authorized to issue permits to persons or corporations applying therefor, allowing such applicant to erect and maintain above ground in District A, subject to the rules, regulations, and supervision of the Department, such temporary poles, wires, or other appurtenances for telecommunications, telephone, or electric light or power uses as may appear to the Department to be necessary on special occasions. However, each applicant for a permit under this section shall execute bond satisfactory to the Department that all poles, wires, and other appurtenances erected under such permit will be erected and maintained strictly under the directions of the Department and removed by the applicant within ten days from the expiration of the permit. The Department shall not have authority to issue any permit for a term of more than 30 days nor to renew any permit for the purpose of extending such term. Any person or corporation receiving such permit who shall violate any rule or regulation of the Department shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
