§ 38.60 DISTRICT ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established, pursuant to KRS 67C.147, an urban services tax district to be known as the Louisville Urban Services District (hereinafter referred to as the "District") for the continuation of current taxes and services within the District. The District shall be bounded by the former boundaries of the former City of Louisville.
