For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires otherwise.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, copartnership, joint venture, association, social club, fraternal organization, corporation, estate, trust, business trust, receiver, trustee, syndicate, cooperative, assignee, governmental unit or agency, or any other group or combination acting as a unit.
RENT. The total amount charged for the rental of an accommodation and any charges for any services necessary to facilitate the rental of an accommodations, whether the amount is charged by the provider of the accommodations or by a person facilitating the rental of the accommodations by brokering, coordinating, or in any way arrangement for the rental of the accommodations.
