(A) The Licensing and Permit Division designee shall act on the application for a permit within ten business days after the filing thereof. If the Licensing and Permit Division designee denies the application, in whole or in part, he or she shall immediately notify the applicant by telephone, U.S. Mail, or electronic mail, which notice shall state the reason(s) for denial of the permit or any part thereof.
(B) The notice of denial shall include an alternative proposal, if any, made under § 100.06.
(C) The notice of denial shall advise the applicant of his or her or its rights to appeal the decision of the Licensing and Permit Division designee, and the procedures for exercising those rights.
