§ 100.07 CONTENTS OF A PERMIT.

   Each parade permit shall state the following information:

   (A)   Starting date, time, and duration of the parade or public assembly;

   (B)   Minimum speed (for a parade);

   (C)   Maximum speed (for a parade);

   (D)   Maximum interval of space to be maintained between the units of a parade;

   (E)   The portions of any public way, sidewalk, park or public area to be traversed, utilized, or occupied;

   (F)   The maximum length of the parade in miles or fractions thereof;

   (G)   Such other information as the Licensing and Permit Division designee shall find helpful, informative, or necessary to the enforcement of this chapter;

   (H)   A printed notice that any violation of the express terms and conditions of the permit, or of any provision of this chapter will constitute grounds for revocation of the permit.
