The Building Official, the Fire Chief, duly- certified Fire Prevention Inspectors, or other duly- authorized officials of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government, are hereby authorized and directed to enforce §§ 94.81 through 94.83. Upon the presentation of official credentials, these officials may enter any premises covered by these regulations to perform the duties imposed upon him by these regulations, in accordance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations. Final determination concerning compliance with the provisions of this subchapter shall be the sole discretion of the Director of the Louisville Metro Department of Codes and Regulations.
