§ 32.136 FRAUD.
   Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, or falsifies, or permits to be falsified, any record or records of this Fund in any attempt to defraud the Fund has committed a crime punishable under the laws of the state, and the Fund shall have the right to recover any payments made under false representations. If any such person is a member of the Fund, or the beneficiary of a member, he or she shall forfeit all rights to further participation in any benefits thereunder.
