§ 33.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ELECTION DAY. The day of any election, as established in KRS 118.025.
   ELECTIONEERING. The display of signs, distribution of campaign literature, cards or handbills, solicitation of signatures to a petition, or solicitation of votes, as it relates to express advocacy for or against any particular candidate or question that appears on the ballot on election day.
   MAIN ENTRANCE. The principal entrance for ingress and egress for voters at a polling place on election day.
   PERSON. An individual, corporation, organization or other such entity.
   POLLING PLACE. The building containing a voting machine for use on election day, as officially designated by the Jefferson County Board of Elections.
   REQUIRE or REQUIRING. Any coercion, whether direct or indirect.
