The Metro Council and Mayor may appropriate a sum during the fiscal year of each to be expended by the agency to carry out this ordinance. The agency shall submit its proposed budget for approval by the Metro Council for the coming fiscal years in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed for or established by Metro Government for budgetary matters.
