The Commissioners shall deposit the funds in their hands in a bank located or doing business in the Metro Government. The bank shall give bond with good and sufficient security. No withdrawal shall be made from the Revenue Commission except upon the order of the Secretary-Treasurer, approved and certified by the President of the Commissioners.
