§ 32.451 POWERS AS PEACE OFFICERS; RECORDING OF NAMES IN DISTRICT COURT.
   (A)   Employees of the Revenue Commission designated by the Board of Commissioners have the same power as peace officers, coextensive with the Metro Government, in the enforcement of all ordinances of the Metro Government which levy license fees or taxes and which are collected by or paid to the Revenue Commission.
   (B)   Any designations made by the Commissioners shall be entered of record in the minutes of the Board and a certified copy thereof shall be transmitted to the Chief Judge of the judicial district in which the Metro Government is located, and he shall enter same of record and administer to each employee the oath required of peace officers.
