§ 130.52 TRAINING OF LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT CONCERNING BIAS-RELATED CRIMES.
   The Louisville/Jefferson County Police Department, in conjunction with the Commission, shall provide training for police officers in identifying, responding to, and reporting all bias-related crimes.
