The Secretary of the Cabinet for Public Protection or his or her designee shall acquire data on bias-related crimes or alleged bias-related crimes. This data shall include but not be limited to:
(A) The geographic area where the alleged bias-related crime occurred;
(B) The underlying alleged criminal offense or criminal violation of law;
(C) The age, race, religion, national origin, ethnic identity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or health-related condition, or homeless status (as defined in § 92.02) of the victim or alleged victim of the bias-related crime;
(D) The age, race, religion, national origin, ethnic identity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or health-related condition of the person who has committed or allegedly committed the bias-related crimes; and
(E) Any other information necessary for a full description of the events of the bias-related crime or alleged bias-related crime. A statistical summary of the data collected shall be provided semi-annually to the Metro Council and the Mayor.
