(A) Agencies convicted or violating § 124.02(A) shall be fined not less that $25 nor more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Agencies or companies convicted of violating § 124.02(E) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) Persons convicted of violating § 124.02(C) or (D) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(E) Persons, firms, companies, partnerships, or corporations convicted of violating § 124.10(A) and (B) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
