§ 122.06 INSPECTION OF BOOKS, RECORDS, AND ACCOUNTS.
   Every insurance company subject to the license fees imposed by this chapter shall maintain records adequate to support the reports required to be filed under this chapter. Authority is given to the Metro Revenue Commission to make or cause to be made through any of its officers or employees personal inspection of the books, accounts, and records of the agent or agency of any such insurance company, corporation, firm, association, exchange, or concern in the Louisville Metro Government to verify the correctness of any sworn statement or return required to be filed as herein provided.
