(A) The petition for site approval shall be submitted to the Metro Council. Within ten days of the receipt of the petition for site approval, the owner/operator shall be notified in writing if the petition for site approval is administratively complete. For the purposes of this chapter,
ADMINISTRATIVELY COMPLETE PETITION means a petition for site approval which the Metro Council determines to contain information addressing each petition requirement of this chapter and to contain all information necessary to initiate technical processing and public review.
(B) Upon receipt of the notification from the Metro Council of administrative completeness, the owner/operator shall forthwith deliver the petition for site approval to the following parties:
(1) Members of the Metro Council, collectively, in care of the Metro Council Clerk;
(2) Director, Louisville Metro Solid Waste Management Department;
(3) Director, Louisville Metro Department of Finance;
(4) Director, Louisville Metro Department of Public Works;
(5) Director, Louisville Metro Department of Health;
(6) Chairman, Louisville Metro Board of Zoning Adjustment;
(7) Director, Metro Development Authority;
(8) Director, Metropolitan Sewer District; and
(9) Director, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District.
