§ 115.293 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.
   The Department shall have the authority to enter and inspect for health and sanitation purposes. If, on inspection, it is found that the permit holder has violated any provision of this subchapter, the Department shall have the power to revoke or suspend any license and order the trailer coach removed after notice and proper hearing.
