§ 115.267 USE OF TAXICAB STANDS.
   (A)   Taxicab stands shall be used on a first-come first-served basis.
   (B)   The taxicab driver shall pull into the stand from the rear and shall advance forward as taxicabs leave.
   (C)   Taxicab drivers shall stay within five feet of their taxicabs and shall not solicit passengers, perform vehicle maintenance, or engage in loud or boisterous talk while at a taxicab stand. However, taxicab drivers may leave their taxicab for no longer than five minutes to attend to personal business per trip while at the taxicab stand.
   (D)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prevent a passenger from boarding the taxicab of their choice that is parked at a taxicab stand.
