§ 113.51 SEMI-NUDE PERFORMANCES PERMITTED ONLY IF LICENSED.
   (A)   No licensed premises shall allow for, furnish, book, or otherwise engage the services of a semi-nude individual as defined in LMCO § 113.02, for the purposes of a performance or appearance when such semi-nudity is a central attraction of that performance or appearance, for compensation in any form, unless such person is licensed pursuant to the provisions and requirements of LMCO § 111.42.
   (B)   Louisville Metro ABC shall establish guidelines and protocol for exceptions to the licensing requirements of subsection (A) to ensure that only the purposes of the ordinance, to reduce human trafficking and mitigate exploitation of youth are served. Factors for such determinations shall include, but not be limited to, the type of performance, location, artistic nature, and likelihood for exploitation of minors and potential for human trafficking.
