(a) Steep hillsides or marshes in areas where conservation of land is important.
(b) Natural areas of land which have unusual flora, fauna, geological, archeological, scenic, or similar features of scientific or educational interest.
(c) Scenic highways with adjacent lands.
(d) Other land areas where, for sound reasons, conservation of the land is important to the general health, safety, and welfare of the people.
