1252.34 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(a) The Village of Loudonville Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by Village Code.

(b) Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the Village Hall at 156 North Water Street, Loudonville, Ohio. (Ord. 47-2009. Passed 7-6-09.)
