1252.24 USE AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION.

The use and development standards set forth in Sections 1252.25 through 1252.33 apply to development wholly within, partially within, or in contact with any special flood hazard area as established in Section 1252.07 or 1252.22(a). (Ord. 47-2009. Passed 7-6-09.)
