§ 36.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   A violation of any section of §§ 36.01 through 36.06 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 for each separate violation.
