§ 35.03 ACCEPTANCE OF FORFEITURE FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR.
   The Mayor and the Recorder are hereby authorized to accept a forfeit of such amount as they deem sufficient from any person for his or her appearance before the Mayor for a hearing or trial, and upon failure of the person to so appear, forfeit and pay over the same to the town.
