§ 35.01 OUTGOING OFFICERS TO TURN OVER TOWN PROPERTY.
   At the expiration or termination of the term of office of any member of the municipal authorities or other person who has custody or care of any records, books, funds or other property belonging to the town, outgoing officers are required to turn over the town’s property.
