§ 33.42 DEPARTMENT RECORDS.
   The Police Department shall keep a comprehensive and detailed daily record in permanent form showing:
   (A)   All known or reported offenses and crimes committed within the corporate limits;
   (B)   All arrests made by a police officer; and
   (C)   All police investigations made, funerals convoyed, fire calls and other miscellaneous activities of the Police Department within the corporate limits.
