§ 33.36 POLICE OFFICER DUTIES.
   (A)   All police officers shall obey and comply with such orders and administration rules and regulations as the Chief of Police may officially issue.

   (B)   Police officers shall preserve law and order within the municipality. They shall patrol the municipality and shall assist the Town Court during the trial of cases. Police officers shall also promptly serve any legal process issued by the Town Court.
