§ 33.16 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   It shall consist of not less than 20 nor more than 64 members, who shall reside in the town.
   (B)   Membership in the Company shall be by election by a majority of the members of the Company present at any meeting.
   (C)   The members of the Company may incorporate in a nonprofit, non-stock-issuing corporation under the laws of the state.
