§ 31.17 COMMISSIONERS APPOINTED BY MAYOR.
   The Mayor shall appoint one Councilperson of the Town Council as a commissioner of the following committees:
   (A)   Streets;
   (B)   Parks and Recreation;
   (C)   Building and Property Maintenance;
   (D)   Marketing, Media and Promotions; and
   (E)   Fire and Law Enforcement.
