§ 10.01 HOW CODE DESIGNATED AND CITED.
   The ordinances of the municipality of a general and permanent nature, as codified and revised herein, are ordained as general ordinances and adopted as “The Lost Creek Municipal Code,” hereinafter referred to as the “Town Code” or “this code.”
