§ 31.15 REQUIRED STRUCTURAL FORM.

   The purpose of this section is to set forth a structural form which may be used in regard to enacting the enabling ordinance creating commissions. This should address itself to the following:

   (A)   Created; composition; appointment, terms and compensation of members; filling vacancies;
