(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 150.01 through 150.06 of this chapter, including the technical codes which constitute part of this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall pay a fine to the town of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000, plus the cost of prosecution, and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violation(s) or noncompliance within a reasonable time set by the Building Inspector. Failure to comply with these provisions may be declared by the Town Council to be a public nuisance and be abated as such. Any person in violation of these provisions will be liable to the town for any cost or expenses incurred for such abatement.

(C) (1) A party charged with a violation of §§ 150.21 through 150.25 of this chapter and the building codes laid forth therein shall be assessed a penalty of $100 for the first violation, $200 for the second violation and $300 for the third and subsequent violations. These penalties are to be assessed at the discretion of the town’s Building Inspector, Deputy Building Inspector or Code Enforcement Officer.
(2) Each day an unabated condition continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
