It shall be unlawful for any person, while under the influence of liquor, to go to, about or into any public dance hall, or entrance thereto, or room directly opening into such dance hall; or to carry in his or her possession or cause to be carried for his or her use any wine, home brew, beer or other spirituous or intoxicating liquors to, about or into such hall, or room connected with the same, or to store or conceal the same on or about any such premises whatsoever; or to give any of said liquors to any person or persons at any time while said dance is being held.
