§ 131.08 BREACHES OF THE PEACE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person within the town to:
      (1)   Contend with angry words to the disturbance of the peace;
      (2)   Make an affray;
      (3)   Threaten to beat, wound or kill another; or
      (4)   Commit violence against ones person or his or her property.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the town and, upon conviction before the Mayor thereof, be fined according to the statutes of the state.
