§ 130.05 NEGLIGENCE OF PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND THE LIKE RESPECTING MINORS.
   (A)   Any person who is a parent, guardian or has legal or actual control of any child who is under 18 years of age shall cause the child for whom he or she is a parent, guardian or has legal or actual control of to comply with any and all of the provisions of the ordinances of the town that may be applicable to such child.
   (B)   Any parent, guardian or person having legal or actual control of said minor child or children who shall by any act or refusal to act, or by failure to exercise reasonable human skill, care and foresight, permit such child or children to violate the provisions of the ordinances as hereinbefore cited shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the town.
