§ 30.24 VOTER RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
   All persons who have been bona fide residents of the territory included in said town for 60 days next preceding any election held therein and who are qualified voters under the constitution and laws of the state, and no others, shall be entitled to vote at any election held in said town, but no person shall be deemed a resident of said town by reason of being stationed therein for any temporary purpose.
