§ 113.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC DANCE. Any hall, room, place or space in which a public dance may be held to which admission can be had by the payment of a fee, or by the purchase, presentation or possession of a ticket or token, or in which a charge is made for dancing, or in which is held any other dance to which the public generally may gain admission or dance with or without the payment of a fee.
