(A) Generally.
(1) To operate and maintain a fair or festival in the town, there shall be an annual license fee of $20, and a professional vendor permit fee of $5 per occasion, and a hobby permit fee of $0 per occasion.
(2) The fair or festival committee will be responsible for collecting the fee from the vendor and paying such to the Town Recorder along with a list of the vendor name, address and telephone number paying the permit fee, whereas the Town Recorder then will issue the permit and furnish such to the fair or festival committee to give to the vendor.
(B) Exception. The Lost Creek Community Fall Festival, at the Town Council’s discretion, may be exempt from a municipal business license.
