(A) Registration records. The Recorder, not less than three days prior to every election within the town other than primary elections, shall procure from the Clerk of the County Commission the registration records from the municipal precinct file in said Clerk’s office which are necessary for the conducting of the municipal election. Within ten days after the date of such municipal election, the Recorder shall return said records to the office of the Clerk of said Commission.

(B) Poll books.
(1) Every poll book shall bear on the first page thereof the following heading.
Names of all persons voting the municipal corporation of the Town of Lost Creek and the County of Harrison, at the election held on the day of ____________. |
(2) Two of such poll books with the names of all persons voting shall be kept at every election held in said town.
